Complete the appropriate registration form for your child’s program.

Complete the Universal Health Record

Have your child’s pediatrician complete the Universal Health Record Form, required for all students.

Pay the Registration Fee

The $225 registration fee is due at the time of registration. It includes $150 for registration, a $75 book and supply fee.

Submit Your Registration

Submit your completed registration form, Universal Health Record, and registration fee to the school office to complete the registration process.
